Built for teams, not just APIs
You start with one workspace and grow from there. Spin up a sandbox for testing, a production workspace for live traffic, and a separate one for each client - your account belongs to all of them. Inside a workspace you have an owner, optional admins who help run it, and members who handle the day-to-day approvals.
Route to the right human
A task can land on one person's desk, or on a group's at once. Whoever decides first wins - no duplicate work, no races to debug. Priorities ride along with the task so the urgent refund doesn't sit behind tomorrow's deploy. Once it's resolved, the task stays searchable in History, sortable and filterable so the call from three weeks ago is one click away.
Never lose a callback
Networks fail. Endpoints time out. Taskbox keeps every callback in an outbox and retries with backoff until your system acknowledges. The Monitoring view shows you exactly what's been delivered, what's pending, what's failed, and what's dead - with the last error from your endpoint right there in the table, so you debug without leaving the app. Retries carry the same event id, so deduping is one line of code on your side.
Know what happened, and when
Every workspace keeps an audit log: invitations sent, members promoted, keys generated, tasks resolved. Each entry has the actor, the target, the time, and a one-line summary. Export the whole thing to CSV when compliance asks.
Trust by default
Every callback is HMAC-signed with a secret unique to the API key that issued the task. Sign-up requires email verification. Each API key has a rate limit, and you can revoke any of them the moment you suspect it's leaked.
Stay in control
You manage your own keys, your own members, your own workspaces. When a project wraps, archive the workspace - it goes read-only, the data stays, no support ticket needed.
